Wellington Lakeside Market and Royal Palm Beach Green Market return soon. Here’s what to know.

Fall means a lot of things in Florida: The peak of hurricane season. The return of pumpkin spice. That moment where you feel the first cool breeze in months.

Fall also means that our beloved local green markets are returning: The Wellington Lakeside Market and the Royal Palm Beach Green Market and Bazaar.

Here’s what to know about each one as opening days approach.

Lakeside Market at Wellington Town Center

Where: The Lake Wellington Waterfront behind the Wellington Community Center, 12150 Forest Hill Blvd., Wellington

When: 6 to 9 p.m. Friday, Sept. 22

Parking: Free and available on-site

Vendors and prepared food items: This will change each week and updates frequently. For the latest list of vendors and prepared food items ahead of the next market, click here.

Activities: There will be live music from the Sugar Music Latin Band. From 6 to 6:15 p.m., there will be a free coffee tasting and demonstration from Ixkanul Coffee.

What to bring: Your own tote bag to carry any items, along with a blanket or chairs to set up on the lawn at the nearby amphitheater if you plan to eat dinner there.

Royal Palm Beach Green Market and Bazaar

Where: 1050 Royal Palm Beach Blvd. Royal Palm Beach, on the road around the pond next to Village Hall

When: 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Oct. 14

Parking: Free and available on-site

Vendors: A list has not been released for the opening day, but past vendors included local merchants, gourmet food vendors and food trucks.

What to bring: Your own tote bags to carry your purchases. Some benches and tables are available.
