A locally based and fast-growing healthy prepared-meal company celebrates its newest location this week in Wellington.
Ideal Nutrition will have its grand opening from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday, May 19 at 10160 Forest Hill Blvd., Suite C-160, next to LA Fitness in the Pointe at Wellington Green plaza, the company said in a news release. The Wellington store opened a few weeks ago and has been busy, Ideal Nutrition said on its Facebook page.

Friday’s celebration will include a ribbon-cutting, and the presentation of a donation check to local nonprofit Little Smiles, which helps children in difficult circumstances.
Kevin Rolston, host of the KVJ Show on 97.9 WRMF, will host the grand opening.
“Wellington customers have been our most excited so far,” Ideal Nutrition founder and CEO Wolfgang Brunet said. “They started reaching out months before we opened and couldn’t wait – that’s an amazing feeling, we are grateful to have such wonderful customers.”
In honor of the event, Ideal Nutrition on Friday will offer 10% off purchases, and the company will give away free meals for a year to one person. To enter the free meals giveaway, make a purchase from Ideal Nutrition Wellington during the grand opening event, between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. Friday. One entry is allowed per customer, and the winner will receive 12 Ideal Nutrition meals per week for a year, delivered for free each week, and valued at $5,500.
Ideal Nutrition first opened in 2016. The company now has retail locations in West Palm Beach, Miami, Boca Raton and Palm Beach Gardens, in addition to the new Wellington store. The company produces fully prepared meals with all-natural ingredients for $7.70 per meal.
The company also recently moved from a 10,000-square-foot kitchen to a 43,000-square-foot kitchen. In February, Ideal Nutrition hosted a job fair to fill more than 150 open positions.
