A locally based, healthy, meal-preparation company is having a job fair to hire more than 150 new employees ahead of its newest location opening in Wellington.

Ideal Nutrition will host the job fair from 9 a.m. to noon at its kitchen at 350 N. Haverhill Road, Unit 100, West Palm Beach, the company said in a news release.

Those attending should bring a resume and plan to meet with managers from each of the company’s departments, Ideal Nutrition said. Positions open include sous chef, line cook, prep cook, dishwasher, driver, store associate, retail manager and customer service specialist. Ideal Nutrition opened in 2016. It has retail stores in downtown West Palm Beach, downtown Miami, Boca Raton and Palm Beach Gardens. The company produces fully prepared meals with all-natural ingredients for $7.70 per meal. In addition to its storefronts, Ideal Nutrition offers meal delivery.

A new Wellington location is set to open next month, the company said in its news release. That store will be in prime spot next to LA Fitness outside the Mall at Wellington Green, in the Pointe at Wellington Green shopping center at 10160 Forest Hill Blvd., Suite C-160.

Ideal Nutrition also recently moved from a 10,000-square-foot kitchen to a 43,000-square-foot kitchen, “one of the largest commercial kitchens in the Southeastern U.S.,” the company said.
